What's the story
Ellison Brewing was started in 2015 by Aaron Hanson and Eric Elliot. Eric left the organization to pursue other interests, so the brewery is now run by Aaron. Aaron is a Marine Corp veteran, engineer, and professional brewer who focuses on the details. At Ellison, we believe that the quality of the product comes first, and the rest is just details. We product our own craft beer, both alcoholic and NA. We also make spirits, if that’s your thing! Food is all homemade, and both locations have extraordinary pizza ovens. East Lansing is super pet friendly, so bring in your furry friend!
